RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

OUR AIM IS TO ENSURE THAT YOU ARE COMPLETELY HAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASE. IF DUE TO ANY REASONS YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH THE PURCHASED PRODUCT YOU HAVE 14 CALENDAR DAYS TO RETURN THE PRODUCT, WHICH ARE COUNTED FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT THEREOF (ARTICLE 71 OF LAW 3/2014, OF MARCH 27), AND EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL.

THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CAN NOT BE APPLIED IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

1 - IF THE PRODUCT IS NOT PRESENTED IN PERFECT CONDITION. MAKE SURE ALL PRODUCTS ARE EXACTLY AS YOU RECEIVED THEM.

2 - IF THE PACKAGING OF THE PRODUCT IS NOT THE ORIGINAL OR IT IS NOT IN PERFECT CONDITION. ALL OUR PRODUCTS SHOULD BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL, UNDAMAGED BOX AS THIS IS CONSIDERED PART OF THE PRODUCT. THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING MUST PROTECT THE PRODUCT SO THAT IT IS RECEIVED IN PERFECT CONDITIONS, THE USE OF SEALS AND ADHESIVE TAPES APPLIED DIRECTLY ON IT IS THEREFORE FORBIDDEN.

3 - FOR PRODUCTS THAT ARE OPENED, WITHOUT BEING ABLE TO PROVE THAT IT HAS NOT BEEN USED, WASHED OR DAMAGED. THE PRODUCT SHOULD BE IN SALEABLE CONDITION, IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING WITH ALL TAGS AND SEALS ATTACHED.

4 - FOR THOSE THAT, DUE TO HYGIENIC REASONS OR OTHER LEGALLY ESTABLISHED EXCEPTIONS, ARE NOT SUSCEPTIBLE OF THIS RIGHT.

UNLESS THE RETURN IS MADE FOR REASONS OF DEFECTS IN THE PRODUCT OR TO AN ERROR BY WE ARE SPASTOR, THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING COSTS AND RETURN COSTS WILL BE ASSUMED BY THE CUSTOMER AND IT WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND.

FOR ORDERS PLACED OUTSIDE EUROPEAN UNION, SHIPPING COSTS, CUSTOM DUTIES AND SALE TAXES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE THROUGH WE ARE SPASTOR. IF AN ITEM IS RETURNED TO US BECAUSE A CUSTOMER REFUSED FOR ANY IMPORT TAXES OR CUSTOM DUTIES DUE PAYABLE, WE ARE SPASTOR WILL SEEK TO RECOVER FROM THE CUSTOMER ALL COSTS OR ANY FEES INCURRED BY WE ARE SPASTOR. PLEASE NOTE IF THE CUSTOMER REFUSED TO PAY CUSTOM DUTIES UPON DELIVERY, A REFUND WILL BE ISSUED AFTER THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN RETURNED TO US.

TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEMS, THE CUSTOMER WILL INFORM WE ARE SPASTOR BY E-MAIL OF THE INTENTION TO RETURN THE PRODUCT, BEFORE THE 14 DAY DEADLINE HAS EXPIRED.

- PLACE THE ITEM(S) IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND INTO A SOLID CARTON BOX.
- FILLING IN THE FORM YOU WILL FIND ATTACHED TO YOUR ORDER, AND ATTACH THE ORIGINAL INVOICE AS PROOF OF PURCHASE.
- PLACE THE RETURN INFORMATION LABEL AND PRE-PAID RETURN SHIPPING LABEL ON THE BOX OVER THE PRIOR DELIVERY INFORMATION.

EXCHANGE

WE ARE UNABLE TO OFFER EXCHANGES AT THIS TIME, HOWEVER WE DO ACCEPT RETURNS. WE ASK THAT YOU RETURN THE ORIGINAL ITEM FOR A REFUND AND PROCEED TO PLACE A NEW ORDER FOR THE APPROPRIATE MERCHANDISE. FOR ALL THE EXCHANGES WE WILL COVER THE SHIPPING COSTS FOR THE RETURNS.

VERIFICATION OF RETURNS

THE VERIFICATION AND EXAMINATION OF THE PRODUCTS TO BE RETURNED WILL BE BORNE BY WE ARE SPASTOR, WHO, ONCE IN THEIR FACILITIES, WILL VERIFY THAT THEY ARE RECEIVED IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL THE REQUIREMENTS ESTABLISHED IN OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE REQUIREMENTS MAY RESULT IN THE CANCELLATION OF THE GUARANTEE OR CAUSE A DECREASE IN THE VALUE OF THE PRODUCT.

REFUNDS

IN CASE OF RETURNS, THE REIMBURSEMENT OF THE AMOUNTS PAID WILL BE MADE THROUGH THE SAME MEANS OF PAYMENT USED IN THE PURCHASE. WE ARE SPASTOR WILL NOT REFUND THE AMOUNT UNTIL VERIFICATION HAS BEEN PERFORMED IN OUR WAREHOUSE.

TERMS OF REIMBURSEMENT: THE REIMBURSEMENT WILL BE MADE WITHIN A PERIOD OF 15 BUSINESS DAYS FROM RECEIPT AND VERIFICATION OF THE CONDITIONS OF RECEIPT OF THE SHIPMENT. THE MAXIMUM PERIOD TO MAKE THE ESTABLISHED PAYMENT IS ONE MONTH.
