THE CUSTOMER WILL NEED TO IDENTIFY BY FILLING IN THE ORDER FORM OFFERED BY THE WEBSITE AND FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS.

IF THERE IS ANY TYPE OF ERROR IN THE INDICATED ADDRESS OR IN ANY OTHER PART OF THE ORDER, YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY NOTIFY SUCH ERROR TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE E-MAIL ADDRESS ORDERS@ WEARESPASTOR.COM, IN ORDER TO PROCEED TO ITS CORRECTION.

YOUR EMAIL ACCOUNT MAY HAVE A COMMERCIAL FILTER, WICH MAY LEAD THE EMAILS TO YOUR SPAM BASKET. PLEASE CHECK THE SPAM AND SPAM CONTROLS IN YOUR E-MAIL INBOX AND ALWAYS VERIFY THAT THE CONTACT INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE IS CORRECT.

IF ANY ANOMALY OR FRAUD IS SUSPECTED AND DETECTED, WE ARE SPASTOR, RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THE ORDER/TRANSACTION FOR SECURITY REASONS.

SUCH NOTIFICATIONS MUST BE EXECUTED WITHIN 24 HOURS AFTER RECEIPT, BY WHICH YOU WILL BE ABLE TO BE ABLE TO PROMPT THE RETURN OF THE AFFECTED PRODUCT OR PRODUCTS AND PROCEED TO THEIR REPLACEMENT BY ANOTHER IN OPTIMAL CONDITIONS OR, ALTERNATIVELY, TO REIMBURSE THE PRICE PAID FOR IT, AS YOU INDICATE IN THAT EMAIL.

IF A PROOF OF DELIVERY DOES NOT HAVE ANY DAMAGE REPORT, IS UNDERSTOOD THAT THE PRODUCT HAS ITS PACKAGING IN PERFECT CONDITION. AFTER 24 HOURS OF DELIVERY, NO CLAIMS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR DAMAGE TO THE PRODUCT.

IF THE PACKAGE IS NOT SUCCESSFULLY DELIVERED TO THE CUSTOMER’S ADDRESS DUE TO A LACK OF COOPERATION FROM THE CUSTOMER (WRONG TELEPHONE NUMBER, WRONG ADDRESS, ABSENT AT ADDRESS, NON-COMPLIANCE WITH IMPORT REGULATIONS) AS PER THE WE ARE SPASTOR COMMERCIAL AGREEMENT, THE PACKAGE MAY RISK BEING SENT BACK TO SPAIN AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE INCLUDING ANY IMPORT FEES THAT MAY BE ASSESSED UPON RE-ENTRY TO SPAIN. THESE FEES WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM ANY EVENTUAL REIMBURSEMENT.

WE ARE SPASTOR INSURES EACH PURCHASE DURING IT’S TIME IN TRANSIT UNTIL IT IS DELIVERED TO YOU. ALL ORDERS REQUIRE A SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY, AT WHICH POINT RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE SHIPMENT PASSES TO YOU. AT CHECK OUT, YOU CAN CHOOSE WHICH DELIVERY METHOD SUITS YOU BEST, EITHER HOME DELIVERY OR HAVE YOUR PACKAGE DELIVERED TO AN ACCESS POINT.

OUR AIM IS TO ENSURE THAT YOU ARE COMPLETELY HAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASE. IF DUE TO ANY REASONS YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH THE PURCHASED PRODUCT YOU HAVE 14 CALENDAR DAYS TO RETURN THE PRODUCT, WHICH ARE COUNTED FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT THEREOF (ARTICLE 71 OF LAW 3/2014, OF MARCH 27), AND EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL.

THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CAN NOT BE APPLIED IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:
1. IF THE PRODUCT IS NOT PRESENTED IN PERFECT CONDITION. MAKE SURE ALL PRODUCTS ARE EXACTLY AS YOU RECEIVED THEM.
2. IF THE PACKAGING OF THE PRODUCT IS NOT THE ORIGINAL OR IT IS NOT IN PERFECT CONDITION. ALL OUR PRODUCTS SHOULD BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL, UNDAMAGED BOX AS THIS IS CONSIDERED PART OF THE PRODUCT. THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING MUST PROTECT THE PRODUCT SO THAT IT IS RECEIVED IN PERFECT CONDITIONS, THE USE OF SEALS AND ADHESIVE TAPES APPLIED DIRECTLY ON IT IS THEREFORE FORBIDDEN.
3. FOR PRODUCTS THAT ARE OPENED, WITHOUT BEING ABLE TO PROVE THAT IT HAS NOT BEEN USED, WASHED OR DAMAGED. THE PRODUCT SHOULD BE IN SALEABLE CONDITION, IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING WITH ALL TAGS AND SEALS ATTACHED.
4. FOR THOSE THAT, DUE TO HYGIENIC REASONS OR OTHER LEGALLY ESTABLISHED EXCEPTIONS, ARE NOT SUSCEPTIBLE OF THIS RIGHT.

UNLESS THE RETURN IS MADE FOR REASONS OF DEFECTS IN THE PRODUCT OR TO AN ERROR BY WE ARE SPASTOR, THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING COSTS AND RETURN COSTS WILL BE ASSUMED BY THE CUSTOMER AND IT WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND.

FOR ORDERS PLACED OUTSIDE EUROPEAN UNION, SHIPPING COSTS, CUSTOM DUTIES AND SALE TAXES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE THROUGH WE ARE SPASTOR. IF AN ITEM IS RETURNED TO US BECAUSE A CUSTOMER REFUSED FOR ANY IMPORT TAXES OR CUSTOM DUTIES DUE PAYABLE, WE ARE SPASTOR WILL SEEK TO RECOVER FROM THE CUSTOMER ALL COSTS OR ANY FEES INCURRED BY WE ARE SPASTOR. PLEASE NOTE IF THE CUSTOMER REFUSED TO PAY CUSTOM DUTIES UPON DELIVERY, A REFUND WILL BE ISSUED AFTER THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN RETURNED TO US.

VERIFICATION OF RETURNS

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE REQUIREMENTS MAY RESULT IN THE CANCELLATION OF THE GUARANTEE OR CAUSE A DECREASE IN THE VALUE OF THE PRODUCT.

REFUNDS

IN THE EVENT THAT THE CUSTOMER HAS ITS DOMICILE OUTSIDE OF SPAIN, WE ARE SPASTOR AND THE CUSTOMER, EXPRESSLY WAIVE ANY OTHER JURISDICTION, SUBMITTING TO THE COURTS OF THE CITY OF BARCELONA (SPAIN).
